Arthur Collins is a popular American singer who recorded “Hello, Ma Baby” and was one of the first people to record “Alexander’s Ragtime Band” in 1911 (along with many other). Collin’s version was #1 for 4 weeks.

On June 3, 1912 Collins was in the Victor Recording Studios in Camden, New Jersey to record “In Ragtime Land”.
