Katharine Richardson Wireman was born in Philadelphia in 1878. She studied with Howard Pyle and began her career in 1900 as an illustrator of articles and stories, advertisements, fashion features, and magazine covers. Here Wireman shows a scene of 2 young women enjoying Fall.
